Lonely Dawn week2: Monday> Aging Art

Lonely Dawn week 2
Chapter: Painful freedom

Aging Art

You stand upon the barstool
Pale skin with no pores
Slowly-moving hands will show me
All I want to let me know is out there

Cheap perfumes with satin dresses
Wearing high-heels is overated
Lips so stained with all the blood
Women bodies are made of plastic

And I am
Standing there staring at the secret supper
Years and Years
Passed by but we are still the same
Cracks and Blurring is all we have on our faces
And I'm screaming from my tomb

And I am
Standing there staring at the chaos
Years and Ages
Passed by but we are still kissing horns
Cracks and Blurring are all a part
Of Aging Art

You stand upon the bar
Dancing with the snakes
And they are hissing temptation
"Apples are invention"

I've got lines and dots throughout my face
perfect measurement before I enter the stage
Singer in the bathroom
Because I can't wait

And I am
Standing there staring at destruction
Years and centuries
Built upon the feeling of satisfaction
Cracks and Blurring are all we have on pages
And I'm screaming from my tomb

And I am
Standing there staring at You
Years and Years
Passed by but my feelings won't change
And we're looking at each other's faces
Cracks and Blurring are all a part
Of our beautiful
Aging Art
